RCMP is concerned about illicit drugs mixed with fentanyl or carfentanil making the rounds in the Kindersley area.
On Tuesday mounties were told about a 22-year-old man taken to hospital by paramedics and treated for a drug overdose.
Then on Thursday morning members were called to a residence in Kindersley where another 22-year-old man was in medical distress.
EMS took him to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators believe he may have died of a drug overdose and are waiting on the Chief Coroner to confirm the cause of death and what drugs it may involve.
It has RCMP reminding people that illicit drugs mixed with other dangerous substances like fentanyl are making the rounds in Saskatchewan.
In a media release, RCMP asked that people concerned they may have some of the drugs to contact police who will have them removed.
