University of Toronto psychology professor Jordan Peterson is bringing his book tour to Saskatchewan this summer.
Peterson rose to fame following controversy over his stance on campus political correctness, in particular, his refusal to use gender-neutral pronouns with his students.
While his talks have drawn protesters on various school campuses over the last few years, Peterson has become a YouTube star, with over 500,000 subscribers to his channel and most of his video lectures drawing 1 million views or more.
His most recent book, titled 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos, was released in January 2018.
Peterson is set to speak in about 50 cities spread across the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom over the next few months.
He’s scheduled to deliver a talk Aug. 14 at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina. He’ll then be speaking at Saskatoon’s TCU Place on Aug 15.
