Saskatoon police are investigating following a shooting Monday evening.
Officers were called to a Saskatoon hospital around 7:30 p.m. to speak to a 41-year-old being treated for a gunshot wound to his wrist.
The victim told police that two men came into his home at about 6 p.m. Monday holding a gun and demanding cash.
One of the men reportedly shot the 41-year-old after a brief tussle and both suspects immediately fled the apartment.
A family member drove the shooting victim to hospital. Police said he was released with minor injuries Monday night.
Police believe the victim and the suspects knew each other prior to the incident.
