A Saskatoon police officer used a taser on a suspect early Tuesday morning.
Patrol officers spotted a stolen vehicle out of Alberta on the 400 block of Avenue R South just after midnight, according to a police media release.
They pulled the driver over and he reportedly got out of the vehicle and began acting aggressively.
One of the officers used their taser to subdue the suspect, who was then arrested and reportedly faces a number of criminal charges.
Police reported that the suspect was not injured.
