Then there was the drama of the late game, as Saints defensive back Marcus Williams made a rookie mistake, allowing the home side to score on a 61 yard play, and a walk-off win in their home stadium.
Even New England’s domination of Tennessee adds to the intrigue of the conference championships.
The AFC and NFC championship games have a lot of live up to, but after the events of this past weekend, football fans won’t dare miss them.
