Keith Dunford of Regina is accused of killing Ashley Richards, who was working as a flag-person on Highway 39 by Midale on August 24, 2012. It was her first day on the job. The Lakeside, New Brunswick woman died in hospital.
Dunford is charged with criminal negligence causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death. Those charges were laid on October 22, 2012.
