Saskatoon’s first Marshalls store is expected to open this fall.
Developer Arbutus Properties announced that the discount retailer would be coming to the next phase of the Meadows Market area in the Rosewood neighbourhood.
Construction of the new store is already underway between Meadows Parkway, Zimmerman Road and Market Drive, just west of the Rosewood Costco location.
Marshalls has a similar format to Winners and is also owned by the same parent company, The TJX Companies Inc. based in Massachussets.
The new store will be the second Marshalls in the province. The retailer first came to Regina in 2014.
