AJ Jacubec said roster, coaching and penalties held Canada back at the World Juniors.
Four different players found the net for the Saskatoon Blades in a 4-1 win in Red Deer Saturday night.
Cameron Hebig, Braylon Shmyr and Libor Hajek each had a goal and an assist in Saskatoon’s first road win of the season. Chase Wouters scored the Blades’ other goal.
Ryan Kubic stopped 27 of the 28 shots he faced in the win as Saskatoon out shot the Rebels 38-28.
The Blades are back in action on Wednesday at home to Vancouver.
