An incident in the Parkridge area Tuesday morning landed three people in police custody facing 126 charges.
According to a media release, police were called to a home on Whitecap Crescent around 9:30 a.m. after three people went in the house, threatened the two people inside, stole guns and fled in a taxi.
Police were able to track the suspects down with help from the cab company. Officers did a high-risk traffic stop on the 1400 block of 33rd Street West.
A search of the cab turned up eight long-barreled firearms.
It led to the arrest of a 21-year-old woman, 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, who are scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court Wednesday morning.
No one was injured during the incident.
