Prince Albert RCMP is asking for help to identify a suspect in a suspicious fire that occurred west of Prince Albert in December 2024.
RCMP said in a Feb 21, 2025 news release that the blaze at a permanently-closed service station on Highway 3 was reported around noon on Dec. 16, 2024 and caused significant damage to the building.

Police said investigation found the fire had been deliberately set and have provided video surveillance of a suspect, adding that they are continuing to investigate with the assistance of fire investigators from the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency.
