A man from Bruno as well as a man from Grenfell have died in two separate fatal crashes in the province over the weekend.
Saskatoon RCMP said in a new release on Monday that Saskatoon detachment was called to Township Road 384, about nine kilometers west of Bruno, around 8:10 a.m. on Feb. 9 after receiving a report of a single-vehicle rollover.
A 60-year-old male from Bruno, who was the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene and his family has been notified, police said.
RCMP is continuing to investigate with the assistance of a collision reconstructionist.
On Saturday, an 82-year-old man from Grenfell was killed in a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 1.
According to a news release from Saskatchewan RCMP on Monday, the crash happened on Range Road 2045, roughly two kilometres south of Highway 1 on Feb. 8.

The man, who was the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was declared dead at the scene. His family has been notified, the RCMP said.
Broadview RCMP has also called in a collision reconstructionist to assist in the ongoing investigation.
Mounties urged drivers across the province to use extra caution last month after responding to eight fatal crashes on Saskatchewan roads, which claimed a total of 11 lives between Jan. 1 and Jan. 29.
“These numbers are extremely concerning to see,” RCMP superintendent Grant St. Germaine, who leads Saskatchewan RCMP Traffic Services, said in a statement.
“We must all do our part and ask ourselves, ‘What can be done to make Saskatchewan roads safer?’ We all have a part to play in reversing this tragic trend.”
