'Dreams do come true': Sask. Habs fan's lifelong wish fulfilled

As Kelly McCrea battles cancer, his friends made his wish to see the Canadiens in Montréal come true.
An 18-year-old Saskatoon woman was given a ticket after she allegedly walked into the path of a city bus on Monday while she was intoxicated.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of Eighth Street and Louise Avenue at around 12:30 p.m.

“Police learned that an individual stepped off the sidewalk into the driving lane of the bus, resulting in her being struck by a City Transit bus,” the Saskatoon Police Service said in a statement.
“The victim reportedly fled the scene but was located by officers in the 1400 block of Main Street.”
Police said the woman was injured, and was assessed by paramedics before she was taken to a local hospital.
“At the time of the collision, she was believed to be under the influence of an intoxicant,” the police service noted.
“The 18-year-old woman was issued a ticket for walking into the path of a vehicle when unsafe.”
