A 17-year-old and an 18-year-old have been charged after a taxi was stolen in North Battleford on Sunday.
Saskatchewan RCMP said in a news release on Tuesday that officers were called to 110th Street in North Battleford on Jan. 19 at 5 a.m after receiving a report of an armed robbery.

Police said two male teens had threatened the taxi driver and then taken the vehicle. The driver was not injured.
RCMP then found the taxi abandoned on Mosquito, Grizzly Bear’s Head, Lean Man First Nation and brought in a police dog to hunt for the suspects.
They were tracked by the dog to a nearby home, which also found one teen walking through the snow. He was arrested.
The second suspect was found in the home and spat on one of the officers before he was also arrested.
Police said they found bear spray in the abandoned taxi.
The 18-year-old from North Battleford has been charged with robbery with an offensive weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, and wearing a disguise with the intent to commit an offence.
The 17-year-old, also from North Battleford, has been charged with robbery with an offensive weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, resisting police, assault of a police officer, carrying a concealed weapon, and three counts of failing to comply with release conditions.
Both are scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on Jan. 22.
