Spadina Crescent is expected to remain closed for at least another day after a water main broke on Tuesday morning.
The water main broke between Duchess and Queen Street causing water to pool and freeze in the area — forcing city crews to close down the stretch of road so it could be cleaned up.
I’m at Spadina Crescent where a water main bursted just off Duke Street earlier this morning.
Spadina from Queen Street to about 33rd is close at this times.
It seems as crews have it under control and snow graders are now working to clear all of the ice. @CKOMNews #YXE pic.twitter.com/LZgqHVgR1L
