La Ronge RCMP arrested Wayne McLeod on December 3 in a La Ronge apartment.
RCMP had asked the public to be on the lookout for a 24-year-old man accused of stealing a vehicle at gunpoint last month.
During the arrest, officers seized a sawed-off firearm. A boy and woman were also arrested on-site for outstanding warrants.
According to police, officers were called to Studer Street in La Ronge at around 7 p.m. on November 23.

“Investigation determined an adult male stole a vehicle from a group of individuals at gunpoint. No physical injuries were reported,” the RCMP explained in a statement. “The vehicle has since been recovered.”
The RCMP said McLeod is charged with robbery with a firearm, theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
According to the police news release he is scheduled to appear in the La Ronge Provincial Court on Dec. 5.
