A 61-year old man from the Rosthern area is dead after the SUV he was a passenger in collided with a truck on Highway 3 on Friday.
Prince Albert RCMP said in a news release on Saturday that the woman driving the SUV and the man driving the truck were injured and taken to hospital. No further information on the seriousness of their injuries was provided.
Police said officers were called to the site of the collision about 15 kilometers west of Prince Albert around 11 p.m. on Nov. 29. The collision blocked the highway and traffic was re-routed.
Police said Highway 3 has reopened open and the collision is under investigation.
