RCMP officers in Saskatchewan are searching for a 26-year-old man who allegedly pointed a gun at police.
According to the RCMP, officers were executing a warrant for the arrest of Solomon Custer in at a home in the northern village of Pelican Narrows on Saturday.

“During the execution of the arrest warrant, the adult male exited the residence and stood on a covered deck, where officers saw him holding a firearm. The adult male then pointed the firearm at officers multiple times,” the RCMP said in a statement.
“The male jumped through an opening in the deck and ran into a nearby forested area.”
Police said a search for Custer using an aerial drone was unsuccessful.
The public was asked to report all sightings of Custer, who was described as five-foot-nine in height, weighing 155 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
“He may be in the Pelican Narrows area,” the RCMP added. “If you see Solomon Custer, do not approach him.”
