A third person is facing criminal charges in relation to the death of 30-year-old Jordan Lee Morin last month.
Police officers were called to a home on the 200 block of Avenue I South in Saskatoon’s Riversdale neighbourhood on August 16 for a report of an injured person.

“When officers were engaging with the occupants of the home, human remains were located on the property,” the police service explained in a statement.
Initially, a 37-year-old Saskatoon man was charged with second-degree murder, and a 24-year-old Saskatoon woman was charged as an accessory to murder after the fact.
On Wednesday, police said another woman had been arrested in charged in connection with Morin’s death. According to police, the 27-year-old Saskatoon woman was arrested on Monday, and is also charged as an accessory to murder after the fact.
She made her first court appearance on Tuesday, police said.
