Previously, WHL players were declared ineligible to play NCAA hockey in the U.S.
Early Wednesday morning, Saskatoon RCMP received a report for a break and enter in the RM of Corman Park.
It was determined that sometime between the evening of Sept. 3 and the morning of Sept. 4, someone or a group of people broke into buildings on a property just south of Saskatoon.
13 firearms were reported as stolen from a gun safe. A go-kart and two timber-sleds/snow-bikes were also reportedly stolen.
Saskatoon RCMP continue to investigate.
Anyone who saw suspicious activity just south of Saskatoon late on September 3 or early on September 4, or who has information about this crime, should contact police immediately.
