A single-vehicle rollover on Highway 905 claimed the life of a Wollaston Lake woman on Tuesday.
According to the RCMP, officers from the Black Lake detachment were called to the scene about 68 kilometres south of Points Landing at around 5:30 p.m.

“A passenger in the vehicle was declared deceased at the scene,” the RCMP said. “She has been identified as a 34-year-old female from Wollaston Lake, SK. Her family has been notified.”
The driver and another passenger were taken to hospital by air ambulance, the RCMP said, though their injuries were not considered life threatening. A third passenger was unhurt in the crash.
The crash remains under police investigation, with help from a collision reconstruction expert.
