Two people were killed in separate collisions on Saskatchewan roads over the long weekend.
On Sunday morning, police were called to to the scene of a single-vehicle rollover on Whitfield Road in the RM of Buckland, just north of Prince Albert.
According to the RCMP, a 32-year-old woman from Pelican Narrows, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was declared dead at the scene by paramedics. The driver and one other passenger were taken to hospital for treatment.

Calgary man dead after semis collide near Wolseley
Then, on Monday morning at around 7:40 a.m., RCMP officers were called to the scene of a crash on Highway 1 near Wolseley.
“Investigation determined a semi struck a second semi that was parked on the shoulder of the highway,” the Mounties explained in a statement.
While there was nobody inside the parked semi at the time of the crash, police said the other truck was carrying two occupants. The passenger, a 35-year-old Calgary man, was declared dead at the scene, while the driver was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police said both crashes remain under investigation, and asked the public for any information that could help with the collision on Highway 1.
“If you witnessed or have information about this collision, or captured dashcam footage of it, call Indian Head RCMP at 310-RCMP,” the Mounties requested.
The highway was closed during the initial investigation, but has since reopened to traffic.
