It’s going to cost you to park in more spaces in downtown Saskatoon.
Pay parking zones have been added to six blocks near the police station.
The new pay parking areas include 24th Street between First Avenue and Idylwyld Drive, Ontario Avenue, Wall Street and 26th Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue.
On December 20, 2023, Saskatoon City Council approved an expansion of the pay parking zone to include the Warehouse District and Central Industrial.

Signage and the flex pay stations are in operation on Tuesday, but the city will be giving drivers a grace period to help with the adjustment.
The city anticipates generating $180,000 in revenue from the additional pay parking zones.
