Two teenage girls in Saskatoon are facing serious charges after allegedly firing bear spray while robbing a business on 33rd Street West.
Police were called to the business just before 9 p.m. on Thursday. The alleged robbers had fled by the time police arrived, but officers found multiple people suffering from the effects of the irritant spray at the scene.
Officers also obtained video evidence that helped them identify two suspects – a 17-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl – who were located and arrested nearby.
