A 24-year-old woman has been identified as Saskatoon’s seventh homicide victim of 2024.
Saskatoon police said Tuesday that Melissa Duquette was found dead Monday in the basement of a house in the 3200 block of 33rd Street West in the Dundonald neighbourhood.
Police said the Major Crime Section has taken over the investigation. Anyone with information was asked to call Saskatoon police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

On Monday at around 11:20 a.m., police were called to the house for a report of an insecure property.
