A major route in Saskatoon has reopened after a crash on Tuesday morning.
According to police, officers responded to a collision at the intersection of College Drive and Wiggins Avenue North, and traffic restrictions were in place for much of the morning and early afternoon as drivers were routed around the scene.

According to the Saskatoon Fire Department, four vehicles were involved in the crash, and police said two people were hospitalized.
A 22-year-old woman was transported to hospital in serious condition and a 76-year-old woman was also transported to hospital with minor injuries, police said.
That intersection was the site of a fatal crash involving a cyclist and a cement truck in May of 2023. Since then, the cyclist’s widower has been campaigning for safety improvements in the area.
