Highway 7 is closed at Rosetown due to a fuel spill in the community.
According to the Highway Hotline, which reported the incident as a “collision” just before 8 a.m., all lanes of the highway are closed. The RCMP later clarified that the incident was a fuel spill at a local business. Police are on the scene, and drivers should be prepared to take a detour.

“Use caution if travelling in the area and follow the emergency personnel on scene,” the Highway Hotline noted.
“Local fire services are on the scene,” the RCMP noted in a statement. “No fire or injuries have been reported at this time.”
