Mounties say a 31-year-old man from the Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation is dead after he was struck by a vehicle while walking on Highway 12.
The RCMP said officers from the Warman detachment were called to the scene just north of Saskatoon at around 12:30 a.m. on Friday.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics, police said, and his family has been notified of the death.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene, the RCMP noted.
The crash remains under police investigation.
