Police get some unusual calls, but this one might take the cake — or maybe the beef.
On Monday, officers in Saskatoon were called to get an escaped cow back into its trailer.
Footage shared by police shows officers on foot and in a police SUV working to manoeuvre the wayward bovine back into the trailer, which was parked nearby.
“What did the Constable say to the cow? It’s time to moove along,” the police service joked in a social media post.
“Jokes aside, we mean it when we say that policing is never the same day twice.”

Yesterday, an udderly bizarre call for service found officers corralling an escaped cow back into its trailer.
