An 18-year-old is facing an attempted murder charge after a shooting in North Battleford on Sunday night.
According to the RCMP, a vehicle carrying several people pulled up to a parked vehicle with an adult man inside on Sunday evening just after 11 p.m. One of them shot the man who was sitting in the parked vehicle, causing serious injuries that were later treated in hospital.
The RCMP said officers caught up with the suspects while they were in a vehicle, but the group fled from an attempted traffic stop.
