Pinehouse RCMP are looking for an inmate who has escaped from Besnard Lake Correctional Camp.
37-year-old Anthony Michael Alcrow is described as being 6’ 2” tall, 198 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anthony Michael Alcrow escaped from the Besnard Lake Correctional Camp on Saturday, around 5 p.m.
On Saturday at 6:50 p.m., Pinehouse RCMP received a report that an inmate had escaped that day from the camp around 5:15 p.m.
He may be in the communities of La Ronge, Prince Albert and Beauval, but this has not been confirmed.
Besnard Lake Correctional Camp is located about 115 kilometres west of Beauval.
Other inmate escapes from the facility have occurred in the past few years.
Anyone who sees Alcrow is asked to call Pinehouse RCMP at 306-884-2400 or their local police department. People can also make an anonymous report by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
