A 40-year-old Saskatoon woman was killed Wednesday when she was hit by a train in the RM of Springfield in Manitoba.
According to the Manitoba RCMP, officers responded at about 12:25 p.m. to a call of a pedestrian being hit by a train at a crossing.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Oakbank RCMP and CP Police are investigating.
