People at the University of Saskatchewan campus in Saskatoon are keeping an eye out for Travis Patron.
According to a memo sent out to staff, Patron has been trespassing on campus and has reportedly been impersonating university staff.
The school is asking staff who see him to call security, and mentions that Saskatoon police had been notified.
Neither Saskatoon police nor the university were willing to comment beyond that.
The warnings about Patron on campus have also started circulating on Facebook pages in Saskatoon.
Patron is well-known to police in Saskatchewan. Last October, he was sentenced for his conviction of promoting hatred against Jewish people — he lost his appeal on that charge in April.
In August of last year, Patron was sentenced on two counts of assault on two women in Regina, breaking one woman’s wrist.
And in 2021, Patron was convicted of mischief for occupying the Royal Canadian Legion building in Redvers.
