A Saskatoon man who allegedly used bear spray on a police officer was hit with a Taser in response Thursday morning.
According to police, officers were dispatched at about 10:15 a.m., to the 1100 block of Avenue W North for a call about a domestic disturbance involving a man who was wanted on outstanding warrants.
Police said when the officers arrived, the man was seen leaving the area. When he was confronted by police, the man allegedly pulled out a can of bear spray and used it on one of the officers.
A Taser was used to take the man into custody, police said.
