Police in Saskatoon are asking the public for help as they investigate the death of a 30-year-old man.
Angose Standingwater was found with a life-threatening injury at a business in Saskatoon’s Stonebridge neighbourhood on May 20, police said, and despite life-saving efforts by first responders, he died at the scene.
Police said they believe the death was a homicide, and noted Standingwater’s next of kin have been informed of his passing.
On Wednesday, police with Major Crimes asked the public for help locating a white 2017 Dodge Caravan SE van, with Saskatchewan licence plate 838 MXZ.
“The vehicle is described as being in good condition and has a beaded lanyard hanging from the rear view mirror,” police said in a statement.
“If anyone observes this vehicle, or has any other information on the homicide, they are asked to contact police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.”
