On the eve of their rookie camp, the Saskatchewan Roughriders announced the signings of two defensive players.
The CFL team revealed Tuesday it had signed defensive back Justus Harris and defensive lineman KeShaun Moore, both of whom made stops in the NFL.
The 5-foot-10, 184-pound Harris played five seasons at the University of Minnesota, registering 71 tackles, four tackles for loss, three pass knockdowns, two forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and one blocked punt over 49 games.
He went to rookie minicamp with the New York Giants after the 2022 NFL draft.
Moore, a 6-foot-2, 279-pounder, played two seasons at James Madison University before moving to Hampton University. In two seasons at Hampton, he had 106 tackles, 24.5 tackles for loss, 13 sacks, one interception, three pass knockdowns, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.
Moore attended rookie camp with the Indianapolis Colts following the 2023 NFL draft.
The Roughriders also announced they had released American defensive lineman Kyshonn Tyson.
Saskatchewan is to open rookie camp Wednesday at Griffiths Stadium on the University of Saskatchewan campus.
