Police in Saskatoon say foul play is a possibility after a 54-year-old man was found dead in a dumpster late last week.
According to police, officers were called to an alley behind 17th Street West on Friday evening after a person reported finding the body in the garbage container. Police located the body, and an autopsy and next-of-kin notifications have been completed.
The body, police said, was that of 54-year-old Aaron Gamble.
“Investigators believe foul play may be involved,” police said in a statement.
The death remains under investigation, police said, and anyone with information on Gamble’s movements last Thursday or other information which could help the case was urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
