A suspicious death has been deemed a homicide by Saskatoon police.
Officers restricted traffic on Range Road 3062 near the intersection with 11th Street West on Tuesday morning while investigators with the Major Crime Section and Forensic Identification Section completed their work.
In an update issued Tuesday afternoon, police said the subject of the suspicious death notice was a 44-year-old woman from Saskatoon. Her name is not being released at her family’s request, police noted.
Two persons of interest — a 37-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man — are currently in custody, police said.
Anyone with information on the woman’s death was asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
