The Regina Pats couldn’t make it three wins in as many nights.
Regina lost 6-1 to the Ice in Winnipeg, ending the WHL team’s winning streak at four games.
Winnipeg (25-4-0-0) got goals from Aidan Oiring, Evan Friesen, Owen Pederson, Vladislav Shilo, Skyler Bruce, and Graham Sward.
Regina’s lone goal came from Tanner Howe.
Sunday was the third straight night the Pats were in action. They beat the Prince Albert Raiders 3-2 on Friday and then bested the Calgary Hitmen 5-2 on Saturday.
The Pats (16-13-1-1) are next in action against the Spokane Chiefs (5-20-0-1) on Wednesday at the Brandt Centre.
