Traffic restrictions were put in place Tuesday morning at 60th Street and Faithful Avenue in Saskatoon as police investigated a collision that happened during a pursuit.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area, and police said traffic could be restricted for a few hours.
According to a Saskatoon police spokesperson, the collision happened after a suspect attempted to flee from police before crashing. Two people were taken into custody, police said, and no injuries were reported as a result.
Police said officers were present at the site of the collision, as well as at the intersections of 64th Street and Faithful Avenue, and 60th Street and Lambert Crescent.
An update will be issued when more details become available, police said.
