Saskatchewan RCMP are asking the public for help in locating Kurt Bloomfield who, according to investigators, was last seen in Birch Hills on Sunday morning.
The 28-year-old is wanted for incidents that occurred in the Cumberland House area between September 6 and 7. He also has a Canada-wide warrant for violating his parole.
Bloomfield is facing the following charges:
– 2 counts, operate a conveyance while prohibited
– 1 count, assault– 1 count, assault causing bodily harm
– 1 count, unsafe storage of a firearm
– 1 count, use a firearm in a careless manner– 1 count, unlawful confinement
– 1 count, possession of a firearm for a purpose dangerous to the public peace
– 3 counts, possession of a firearm while prohibited
– 1 count, take motor vehicle without consent
He is described as approximately 5 foot 89 and weighing 150 pounds. He has red hair and blue eyes and has the word “Bloomfield” tattooed across his chest.
He is known to have ties to Saskatoon and Nipawin. His method and direction of travel are currently unknown.
He is considered dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Kurt Bloomfield are being asked to call RCMP or Crimestoppers.
