Environment Canada issued severe thunderstorm warnings Tuesday evening for the areas around Assiniboia, Gravelbourg and Coronach.
In other areas of the southwest, severe thunderstorm watches were issued.
The weather service said the storms could produce strong winds and large hail.

Earlier in the day, Environment Canada issued tornado alerts, which have since ended.
Last week, at least three tornadoes touched down in Saskatchewan, causing widespread damage to one farm but no reported injuries.
