The Prince Albert RCMP has released the names of the victims to help in the ongoing investigation into the death of two men who were found in a vehicle near Highway 355 between Albertville and Meath Park.
The men have been identified as 19-year-old Damien Penner and 34-year-old Terance Naytowhow, who are both from Montreal Lake Cree Nation.
In the evening of Nov. 25, there was an increased police presence after the RCMP was called to investigate a suspicious vehicle, a silver 2019 Volkswagen Atlas SUV. Officers found the two men dead and their deaths were determined to be suspicious in nature.
The RCMP is looking for anyone who may have information on the vehicle and the two men on Thursday or in the days leading up.
