A 38-year-old Saskatoon man is in police custody after another charge of sexual assault was filed against him.
Kyle Edward Norman, who already was facing three charges of sexual assault, was arrested after a now-17-year-old boy went to police.
The Saskatoon Police Service allege the latest assault took place on March 12 on an acreage southwest of Saskatoon. Police say Norman connected with the victim — who was 16 at the time — over social media before taking him to the acreage where the assault allegedly occurred.
Norman is charged with sexual assault and breach of release. He is also facing two new charges of breach of conditions and has been remanded into custody.
Investigators with the Saskatoon Police Service’s Sex Crime Unit are asking any additional victims in the community to contact police.
