Several people in a grey Nissan Titan did a lot of damage in the Meadowgreen neighbourhood Wednesday evening.
In an early-morning press release, Saskatoon police said they received numerous calls about a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of 17th Street West and Avenue W South.
Witnesses at the scene said the truck ran a red light and collided with another vehicle. In the process, three other vehicles sustained damage.
Someone nearby was also hit with some of the debris from the accident, yet no one was seriously hurt.
The truck then fled the scene before crashing on the 600 block of Avenue W South. That’s when everyone in the truck was seen running away from the area.
No arrests have been made, and the police are asking the public to call them or Crime Stoppers with any information.
