Sunday was an expensive day on the road for a Saskatoon driver after being hit with two tickets in the span of 20 minutes.
In a social media post, the Saskatoon Police Service Traffic Unit reported pulling over a driver for speeding near Preston Avenue and 108th Street.
The car was clocked at 108 kilometres per hour in a 60-kilometre zone and driver was issued a ticket for $776.
Only minutes after printing the speeding ticket, officers stopped the same car again on 25th Street in front of the police station.
This time the driver was handed a $580 fine for using a cellphone while driving.
