A 56-year-old man is dead after a two-vehicle crash south of Hepburn on Tuesday evening.
The Rosthern RCMP says the crash happened around 7 p.m. on Highway 12.
A southbound vehicle with three occupants collided head-on in the northbound lane with a vehicle carrying two people.
The man driving the southbound car was pronounced dead at the scene. The four other people in the vehicles were taken to hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
The highway was closed in both directions before reopening just after midnight on Wednesday.
The investigation is ongoing.
