A couple schools in Saskatchewan are closing down individual classrooms due to positive COVID-19 cases.
A classroom at Holy Rosary Community School is closed after an individual tested positive for COVID-19.
Regina Catholic Schools said it is working closely with public health to ensure necessary measures are in place to protect all students. The school division didn’t say if the person who tested positive was a student or staff member.
The impacted classroom will be closed until Nov. 18. All other classrooms remain open.
Prairie Valley School Division indicated it was informed of a second COVID-19 case at Milestone School. Due to this, a second classroom is being closed and students will move to remote learning. In-school classes for these students are expected to resume on Nov. 20.
