A north-bound semi-truck driver tried to stop to avoid another collision, but the truck’s load of metal lengths became unsecured and came through the cab of the semi when it did stop.
No injuries were reported.
The driver who rear-ended the truck was charged with drive without reasonable consideration for others.
The investigation is ongoing.
