Since Thursday afternoon, fire crews have been battling a blaze near Dalmeny.
A grass fire has been burning since around 2 p.m. Thursday, and crews have also been working against heavy winds in the process.
According to a Dalmeny Fire and Rescue Facebook post, its members are still monitoring and putting out hot spots on day four of the battle.
“The wind has switched again and is not our friend,” the Facebook post reads.
Mutual aid has been or is being provided by Warman, Martensville, Langham, Osler, Hepburn, the City of Saskatoon and Provincial Fire.

An evacuation order was in place for some of the nearby acreages near the blaze.
It’s located just east of the Town of Dalmeny, with members advising the public to stay away from powerline road (TWP392) to allow emergency vehicle access.
