CFL teams have each released the names of 10 players on their negotiation lists for the public to see.
Teams have been required to do so twice a year following a measure approved at the 2018 CFL winter meetings.
CFL bylaws state teams can claim exclusive CFL rights for up to 45 players by placing them on their negotiation lists. Players can be added, removed or traded from the lists at any time.
The 10 players revealed from the Saskatchewan Roughriders’ list Thursday include two quarterbacks, two linebackers, two defensive linemen, two wide receivers, a running back and a defensive back.
Quarterback Luke Falk played three games for the NFL’s New York Jets in 2019. He completed 47 of 73 pass attempts for 416 yards with three interceptions.
Falk was waived by the Jets on Oct. 12.
Falk played four seasons at Washington State University, compiling a 28-15 record while throwing for 14,481 yards with 119 touchdowns and 39 interceptions. He was drafted in the sixth round (199th overall) by the Tennessee Titans in 2018.
The Roughriders’ list also features wide receiver J.J. Nelson.
Nelson, a fifth-round pick (159th overall) by the Arizona Cardinals in 2015, dressed for 58 NFL games from 2015 to 2019. He accumulated 1,475 receiving yards on 85 catches. He also scored 11 touchdowns.
He last suited up for the then-Oakland Raiders in 2019.

Rosen was the 10th overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft by the Cardinals. He has dressed for 20 games in two seasons — one each with the Cardinals and Miami Dolphins — and has thrown for 2,845 yards with 12 touchdowns and 19 interceptions.
